Susana Balbo Brioso White Blend 2024

The Susana Balbo Signature Brioso White Blend 2024 is an aromatic and well-balanced wine from Argentina's Uco Valley, meticulously crafted from equal parts Semillón, Torrontés, and Sauvignon Blanc. This wine presents floral and citrus aromas intertwined with hints of fresh grass, white fruits, and orange. On the palate, it offers fresh and fruity flavors harmoniously balanced with the unctuousness imparted by careful barrel aging. The finish is mineral and persistent, showcasing the wine's complexity and elegance.

Destemmed Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Torrontes were macerated in the press with dry ice for four hours before pressing and fining for 24 hours. Semillon was devatted to stainless steel tanks, and the Sauvignon to barrels. Fermentation occurred with natural yeasts, and the wine was kept on the lees for two months to improve mouthfeel. Final blending and racking to oak barrels occurred for four more months. The 2023 vintage of this wine received a score of 93 points from James Suckling, highlighting its exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
