Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat orders each month. These are based on the subscription duration.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these orders. 
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a special order item that is not yet in our inventory. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. All pre-order items will be clearly marked as 'Pre-Order' with an estimated arrival date at our shop.

You can cancel your pre-order before it has been fulfilled for a full refund. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it becomes final sale due to the special order nature of these items.

If you receive a defective bottle (such as cork taint, oxidation, or other wine faults), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will need:

  • Photos of the defective wine
  • A description of the fault
  • The original bottle returned to our shop

Once we verify the wine fault, we will offer either:

  • A replacement bottle (subject to availability)
  • A refund for the defective bottle only
