Procedures for Suspected Bad Wine
If you believe you've received a bad bottle of wine:
- Do not consume the wine.
- Recork the bottle with the remaining contents.
- Repack it in its original box.
- Contact us at info@thevinepost.com or call (561) 935-1720 to arrange a return and inspection.
Once we receive and confirm the wine is faulty, we will:
- Replace it with the same wine (if available), or
- Refund the cost of the bottle and any associated shipping charges.
Order Accuracy
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you find any discrepancies, contact our customer service within 30 days at (561) 935-1720 to arrange a return and replacement.
General Returns
For returns unrelated to quality issues or order inaccuracies:
- Repack the wine in its original box.
- Contact our customer service at (561) 935-1720 to arrange the return.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee applies:
- 20% for in-stock items
- 30% for special order items
These fees do not apply to returns due to quality issues, order inaccuracies, or damage.
