We ship directly through UPS. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. All wine shipped through UPS will have the following options:

• UPS Ground
  
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Standard Overnight

An adult signature will be required for all wine orders. We recommend shipping to a business or office where someone can sign when the carrier attempts delivery. Multiple attempts from the carrier may have an adverse effect on your wine.

By submitting an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions, with special attention to our Shipping Terms.

We offer shipping services across the United States, excluding the following states:

• Kentucky
• Michigan
• Mississippi
• New Hampshire
• North Dakota
• Pennsylvania
• South Dakota
• Utah

If we cannot ship to your location, we regret any inconvenience and recommend arranging delivery to a state where direct shipping is permitted.

Free Shipping Offer

We're excited to provide free nationwide shipping on qualifying orders:

• Order value must exceed $400
• Limited to one case (12 bottles) or less
• Maximum weight of 48 pounds (approximately 12 750ml bottles)

The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. For orders exceeding 12 bottles or 48 pounds, standard shipping costs will be displayed. In such cases, please contact us at info@thevinepost.com to discuss potential shipping discounts.

Local Delivery and Pickup Options

• We provide complimentary delivery within Juno Beach.
• You can pick up your order at our physical store location.
• For deliveries outside Juno Beach, a $10 fee applies.
