The 2019 vintage reveals Nebbiolo in full balance, organically farmed and traditionally vinified with long skin contact and minimal intervention.

Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, where CO₂ from native yeasts is cleverly recycled to gently break the cap—an energy-free, elegant extraction. The wine ages for 25 months in large French oak botti, preserving purity and finesse.
