Raventos I Blanc 'De Nit' Rose Conca del Riu de Arnoia 2021

Forget Cava—this is something else entirely. Raventós i Blanc has led the charge to define Conca del Riu Anoia, a unique sparkling wine terroir in Catalunya, and their 2021 De Nit is a benchmark biodynamic rosé that marries elegance, complexity, and minerality.

Made from a refined blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada, and a splash of Monastrell, it spends 18 months on the lees before disgorgement. The result? A pale salmon hue and a nose of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus peel, and lemongrass. The palate is full of tension and clarity, offering a creamy mousse, brisk acidity, and a saline finish that begs for another sip.
