Pullus Pinot Grigio 2025 is a distinctive Slovenian expression of Pinot Grigio, combining ripe fruit, refreshing acidity and a beautifully textured palate with a subtle copper-pink hue from brief skin contact.

Produced by Ptujska Klet, one of Slovenia’s historic wineries, Pullus comes from the Štajerska wine-growing region in northeastern Slovenia. The winery's vineyards are planted across steep, often terraced hillsides, and its Pullus wines are designed to showcase both varietal character and the distinctive terroir of the region.

Unlike the very light, neutral style often associated with Pinot Grigio, Pullus gives the grape considerably more character. Gentle skin contact contributes its distinctive color, while aging on the fine lees adds texture and creaminess. The 2025 shows ripe pear, melon and floral notes, with subtle complexity and a rounded, persistent finish.
