Henri Dosnon is a small grower Champagne house in the Côte des Bars of Champagne, France, founded by Davy Dosnon, who revived his ancestral vineyards around Lingey and sources additional fruit from neighboring growers to craft his cuvées. The Brut Sélection NV is a classic non-vintage Champagne blend dominated by Pinot Noir with about 10% Chardonnay, aged at least 20 months on the lees and finished with a moderate dosage of 9 g/L, delivering crisp acidity and elegant mousse.
