Henri Dosnon is a grower Champagne producer from the Côte des Bars in Champagne, France, where Davy Dosnon revived family vineyards around Ligney and crafts artisanal cuvées using sustainable viticulture. The Brut Rosé NV is a non-vintage rosé Champagne primarily made from Pinot Noir with a splash of Chardonnay, aged at least 20 months on the lees and finished with a 10 g/L dosage, yielding fine bubbles, delicate red berry fruit and elegant minerality. This Champagne displays strawberry, wild raspberry, citrus and cream notes with a soft, refined mousse and a lively yet balanced acidity, making it an excellent choice for celebrations or pairing with seafood, salmon and light appetizers.
