The 2021 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Pinot Noir is aged for almost two years in barrel, offering aromas of juicy red fruits, earthy spices, and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, with a smooth texture, refined tannins, and vibrant acidity. The wine is approachable, with a balance of ripeness and freshness, leading to a long, silky finish.

The Bouley family has been crafting wine since the early 14th century. Today, the estate covers 12 hectares across Volnay, Pommard, and Beaune. Patrick likes to blend traditional Burgundy techniques with New World influences, producing wines that showcase both terroir transparency and vibrant fruit expression.
