Produced by the historic family-run estate Domaine de la Solitude (led today by Florent Lançon), this 2023 Côtes-du-Rhône offers the unmistakable character of the Southern Rhône vineyards. The fruit comes from stony limestone and clay soils in the appellation, where Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre thrive. 

On the nose you'll find bright red berries, cherries and a hint of black pepper and warm Rhône spices. The mid-palate is supple and rich, yet underpinned by a fine silken tannic structure that gives it elegance and depth. With an approachable style, lingering spice and a generous feel, it’s an excellent expression of a classic Côtes-du-Rhône wine that balances drink-now accessibility with enough character to enjoy over the next few years.
