Domaine Bachelier Chablis 2022

Composition: 100% Chardonnay | Villy, Chablis, Burgundy

This is old-school Chablis with all the right edges—crisp, lean, mineral-driven and refreshingly pure. Made by 8th-generation growers François and Florence Bachelier in the village of Villy, this estate Chardonnay comes from limestone soils on both sides of the Serein River, fermented and raised entirely in stainless steel for 5–8 months.

Expect classic notes of green apple, pear, and crushed chalk, with just enough mid-palate weight from aging on fine lees. It's clean and focused, perfect with oysters, grilled fish, or simply on its own as a cool, organic aperitif.
