Chateau Lynch-Bages Pauillac 2015

The 2015 Lynch-Bages, a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot, displays a medium to deep garnet hue. Aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and dried herbs are complemented by earthy nuances. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with firm tannins, vibrant fruit, and a chewy, lingering finish.

Over three generations, the Cazes family has revived the estate, both in winemaking and commercial success. With more than 100 hectares of old vines, strict yield regulations are followed. Though the wine is made in a traditional style, shorter vat times help it reach its peak sooner, while still maintaining its strong aging potential.
