Château Durfort-Vivens, an iconic second-growth Margaux estate, boasts a winemaking history dating back to the 18th century. Revered by Thomas Jefferson and ranked highly in the 1855 Bordeaux classification, the estate remains a benchmark of quality and innovation. Under the leadership of Gonzague Lurton, the winery transitioned to biodynamic viticulture in 2013, becoming the first classified Margaux growth certified by Demeter.
