The 2019 Catena Alta Malbec is a harmonious blend sourced from vineyards across Lujan de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, situated at elevations ranging from 3100 to 4900 feet above sea level. It matured gracefully for 18 months in a selection of French barrels of varying use. This Malbec reveals a complex aromatic profile, offering ripe plum and blueberry notes underscored by hints of jam, lavender, violet, mint, and cedar, with a subtle touch of toasty oak.
