Sourced from 80-year-old vines rooted in the limestone- and sand-rich soils of the Ovello vineyard, perched above the Tanaro River with ideal S/SW exposure, this Barbaresco balances power and finesse. Intense ruby red with pomegranate hues, the wine opens with aromas of prune, forest fruits, mint, and fennel, unfolding into a complex palate of concentrated red berries, floral notes, fresh acidity, and fine-grained tannins. Aged in large Stockinger cask, its structure and lift ensure both early approachability and long aging potential.
