This Champagne blend consists of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. The color is a vibrant shade of gold. Intense aromas, impressive framework, notes of newly harvested hazelnuts. Round and indulgent on the tongue, rich and creamy with a buttered biscuit finish. Dosage is 8g/L.

The d'Auvergne family has a long history in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, dating back to 1923. This Champagne is a tribute to Paris and its iconic landmark, the Eiffel Tower.
