The hue of this wine is cherry and its aroma showcases a wide range of spices, including pepper, nutmeg, and paprika, with a hint of green pepper.
The wine is well-balanced, revealing delicate tannins as the fruit comes through on the palate.

Arnaud Baillot started his journey in winemaking with his spouse Laure Van Canneyt-Baillot, who is the granddaughter of Alain Hudelot from the prestigious Hudelot Noellat estate. The couple then devoted themselves to the vineyard and the winemaking of grapes from Côte de Beaune and Côte-de-Nuits. Highlighting minimal interventionist know-how in order to reveal all the facets of the prestigious Burgundy terroirs. The Estate has 10 hectares of vines, which today follow the specifications of organic cultivation since 2017.
