A.R. Valdespino Manzanilla Deliciosa Sherry

Valdespino has a long history of winemaking that dates back to the 1400s, making them one of the oldest wineries in the region. Their Manzanilla Deliciosa is aged in a historical bodega located in the center of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Spending extra time in the solera system compared to most manzanillas, it develops a bolder profile. This wine is made from Palomino Fino grapes from the Pago Miraflores vineyard in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, located near the Atlantic Ocean. Following fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged for over 5 years under a layer of flor in Valdespino’s renowned Misericordia Solera, which has a rich history deeply ingrained in the city’s winemaking tradition.
