Land of Saints is a collaboration between Angela and Jason Osborne (A Tribute to Grace) and Manuel Cuevas, built around a simple idea: make honest, site-driven wines from California’s Central Coast that prioritize balance over power. Drawing from sustainably farmed vineyards across Santa Barbara County, the wines reflect both place and a shared philosophy of minimal intervention and drinkability.

The 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon comes primarily from the warmer inland reaches of the Santa Ynez Valley, including Happy Canyon, where elevation and marine influence combine to produce fruit with ripeness and structure without excess weight. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Petit Verdot, it is fermented with native yeast and aged in neutral oak to preserve clarity and freshness.

In the glass, it shows a different side of California Cabernet. There's plenty of dark berry and cassis framed by herbal lift and subtle spice, with a medium-bodied profile and a clean, food-friendly finish. It’s expressive but restrained, built more on energy and balance than sheer intensity.

This is Cabernet without excess. It's approachable, thoughtful, and rooted in place. A clear alternative to heavier, oak-driven styles, and a wine that overdelivers for its category.
